Kelly Rowland joined Triada Advisors in December 2025 as a Client Services Manager. You might also know her as the unofficial director of first impressions when visiting the office. While new to the financial services industry, she’s eager to dust off her finance degree from Eastern Illinois University and sharpen her customer service skills.
Prior to joining Triada, Kelly spent 20+ years planning corporate special events. Kelly has a passion for helping others and providing thoughtful service. She believes in building genuine relationships, paying attention to the details and making financial conversations approachable and understandable.
Outside of Triada, Kelly spends her creative free time sewing and quilting. She’s also a certified crazy cat lady and a lover of games and puzzles. Kelly loves exploring new restaurants with friends and re-discovering local favorites. Whether she’s working with clients or spending time with family and friends, Kelly values continuous learning and finding joy in both the big milestones and everyday moments.
